Most sync headaches happen years after a song is recorded: a co-writer nobody can reach, a producer who owns half the beat, a master with two claimants, no stems. Lush Sync was started to remove that problem at the source.

Every song in our catalogue was recorded at Lush Recording Studio in Toronto. The split sheet is signed in the session. The instrumental, TV mix and stems are kept. Master and publishing sit under one agreement. When you ask for a track, one person can say yes.

The catalogue is contemporary and vocal-led — Hip-Hop, Pop, R&B, Latin and Punjabi — from Toronto artists, alongside instrumentals and cues from the studio's production team. Almost all of it qualifies as Canadian content under MAPL.
